Lucia and Benita are based out of Plain Dealing Farm, located on 1,000 acres of picturesque Virginia land in Scottsville, just 20 minutes outside of Charlottesville. Plain Dealing Farm offers top of the line training facilities as well as gorgeous, rolling terrain perfect for conditioning the horses. Generous paddock space allows for the horses to get plenty of turnout, as well as benefit from the high quality Virginia grass. All arenas boast superb footing and a newly installed irrigation system on the gallop track ensures that, even in the blistering summer heat, the horses still have exceptional turf to train on.

- Main barn with 8 stalls, wash racks and large heated tackroom and office
- Small barn with 4 stalls and storage space
- 17 large paddocks with run-in sheds and fans
- Large lighted indoor arena with watering system
- 20m x 60m outdoor standard dressage ring
- Outdoor jump ring with newly redone surface
- Irrigated gallop track
- Miles of land and trails for riding
- Professionally designed cross country course featuring jumps from beginner novice to intermediate and 2 water complexes

She has competed through the CCI2* level, competing on both the CCI1* and CCI2* teams at NAJYRC as well as running a successful eventing operation out of Plain Dealing Farm.
